Simmered the good ‘ol fashioned traditional way, using bones from our turkeys—though bones not without some meat still on—and gently though generously cooked for hours in vegetables, herbs, and a pinch of salt to draw out every bit of that deeply coveted flavor, yielding an “immensely golden” broth with a silky finish.

Honestly, just sip it straight from your favorite mug. Though you may use it as a base for soups, stews, and gravies as well—or for any other ideas you have. It will bring you back to when you were just a child.
