3️⃣ Get Notified – We’ll let you know when your beef is ready
4️⃣ Pay & Receive – Pay the balance at pickup or before delivery

Roasts & Ground Beef:

• (150-170) Ground beef 1 lb packages (85% Lean)
• (4) Brisket 3-4 lb package
• (12-16) Chuck roasts 2-3 lb packages
• (4) Sirloin Tip Roasts 2-3 lbs
• (4) Rump Roast 2-3 lbs
• (4) Round Roasts 2-3 lbs

Other Cuts:

• (8-10) Short ribs 1-2 lb packages
• (16) Stew meat 1 lb packages
• (16) Soup bones (shanks) 1-2 lb packages

Bones & Organs Available Upon Request – We will do our best to include any requested organs in your share at no extra charge, but availability is limited. Whole and half beef orders receive first priority, as there is only one heart, tongue, and oxtail per animal. Other organ meats are also limited. After placing your order, we will follow up via email to confirm your interest in these items.
