The Sizzler Steak, also known as the petite sirloin steak, is a very favorable, lean cut of meat from the bottom of the loin portion. It does tend to be a tougher piece of meat, so it's recommended to marinate, broil, or use other methods to help tenderize. Cook or use similar to the round steak.
