How to prepare:
Braise, roast in the oven, or smoke lowly and slowly until the meat starts to fall off the bone. Roast at 375°F for 1.5 to 2 hours, seasoned simply with salt, pepper, and herbs. Then slather with your “go-to” sauce and finish under the broiler for a crispy, caramelized finish.
Serving tips:
Serve as they are, or with mashed potatoes or greens.
