*Our butcher will process all the smoked meats/sausages without nitrates, MSG, and sugar-free! We ensure that you are eating as healthy as possible!

** We include an option to have your ham made into more sausage or choice to customize your cuts/sausage. You will choose your cutting preference after checkout in our confirmation email.
