A Quiche
This is a frame work for a nutrition packed Quiche. I gave estimates for ingredients as I did not measure and other vegetables and types of cheeses can be substituted. (I think I am going to try substituting cottage cheese for the milk next time for extra protein and creamy center :p). Be creative and use whatever you have on hand and your family enjoys! :)

  • (1) Pie crust
  • (6) Eggs
  • (2 handfuls) Bacon ends
  • (3 handfuls) Cheese
  • (sprinkle) Onion
  • (several floras) Broccoli, frozen
  • (1/2 C.) Milk
  • (to taste) Salt
  • (to taste) Pepper


  1. Fry bacon in skillet and roll out pie crust.
  2. Place veges and bacon pieces in pie. (I used my handi dandi kitchen scissors to cut the bacon into bits.)
  3. Mix egg, milk, salt and pepper together.
  4. Pour egg mixture over pie. Top with cheese.
  5. Bake for 40-45 minutes at 350°
