Ingredients
- (2) Denver Steak
- (2 Tbsps.) Olive Oil
- (1 1/2 Tbsps.) Balsamic Vinegar
- (2 tsps.) Worcestershire Sauce
- (3) Cloves Garlic, minced
- (1 tsp.) Salt
- (1/2 tsp.) Fresh Cracked Peper
- (2-3 Sprigs each) Fresh Thyme & Rosemary, optional
Directions
For this recipe, I used high-quality, nutrient-dense, grass-fed Denver steaks from Wanda Farm. Marinating the steak enhances its natural beefy flavor while grilling adds a perfect sear. I use a simple marinade of olive oil, balsamic vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, and fresh garlic and herbs to add depth and tenderness. Grilling it to a perfect medium-rare ensures that each bite is melt-in-your-mouth good.
Whether you serve it with roasted vegetables, a crisp salad, or baked potatoes, this Denver steak recipe is a winner for any steak lover. Plus, I’ll show you the key steps to getting the best texture and flavor from this nutrient-rich cut!
Step 1: In a shallow dish, whisk together the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, salt, and pepper to create the marinade.
Step 2: Place the steaks in the marinade, ensuring both sides are well coated.

Step 3: Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour (or up to overnight for deeper flavor).
Step 4: Remove the steaks from the refrigerator 45-60 minutes before grilling to allow them to come to room temperature.
Step 5: Preheat the grill (or cast iron pan) to medium-high heat. Grill the steaks for 5-6 minutes per side or until the internal temperature reaches 130°F for medium-rare.
Step 6: Remove from the grill, cover loosely with foil, and let the steaks rest for 7-10 minutes.
Step 7: Slice against the grain and serve. Enjoy!
