BBQ Beef Roast

BBQ beef is simple and great tasting!
This recipe was made for brisket, but we found it to work great with a beef chuck roast to make shredded beef BBQ.

Ingredients
- (3 - 4 lbs.) Chuck or Arm Roast
- (2) Garlic cloves (minced)
- (1/2 C.) Apple Cider Vinegar
- (1 1/2 C.) Ketchup
- (1/4 C.) Maple Syrup
- (1 Tbsp.) Worcestershire Sauce
- (2 1/2 tsp.) Pepper
- (1 tsp.) Salt
- (1/2 tsp.) Cumin
- (1 tsp.) Garlic Powder
- (3 tsp.) Onion Powder (or a handful or so of diced onion)
- (2 1/2 tsp.) Mustard Powder
- (2 tsp.) Paprika
- (1 tsp.) Cayenne (adjust to taste)
Directions
- Make BBQ sauce in crockpot.
- Place roast in crockpot and cover with sauce.
- Set to low all day (8-10 hours).
- Shred beef with fork and enjoy plain or on your favorite sourdough bread.
