Our ruminant animals are rotated daily to fresh pasture during the Midwest grazing seasons, following a method called rotational grazing. This approach allows the land to rest and regenerate, ensuring the grasses remain vibrant, nutrient-dense, and full of life for when our cattle return to graze again.
In the winter, we practice stockpiling pasture, reserving summer grass for winter grazing, and making hay from our own fields to supplement their diet during the colder months. We NEVER feed grains or grain byproducts—our cattle are 100% pasture-raised, with only free-choice minerals, salt, and garlic provided to support their immune health naturally.
