Mexican Beef Tacos
Sure you can take a beautiful beef rolled rump roast like this and braise or slow cook it with vegetables and make a delicious gravy. But did you know you can also make it into amazing beef tacos? Cook it for hours in the slow cooker or under 90 minutes in the Instant Pot. Freeze the leftovers into serving sizes to make other tasty quick weeknight meals.

Gourmet Beef Burgers
Burger season is right around the corner. Here is a traditional beef gourmet burger recipe you can make with delicious lean Wanda Farm ground beef. If you are looking for something a bit more unique, check out our other recipe for an Asian-inspired Sesame Beef Burger and slaw. To make summer meal prep easier, I like to double the ingredients and form and freeze the extra burger patties wrapped in parchment paper. Then pull out the number of patties needed and let them thaw overnight in the fridge so they are ready for grilling for dinner.

Beef Vegetable & Dumpling Soup
This soup is meaty, hearty, warm, and perfect for cold winter nights. Homemade beef bone broth makes this soup delicious and nutritious. If you happen to have some homemade meatballs in the freezer, they are a nice addition to this hearty soup, but it is delicious either way.

Beef Tallow
Suet is fat from around the kidneys of animals - - usually cows or mutton (mature adult sheep). Suet, like avocado oil and coconut oil, contains natural and healthy unrefined saturated fats. It can be used for cooking but is not shelf stable and requires refrigeration. Once the beef suet is rendered (cooked down) and clarified (impurities removed) it is called tallow. My research found that only tallows from hormone-free grass-fed animals are recommended for use in cooking for humans. Thankfully, that's exactly what we have from Wanda Farm!

Instant Pot Beef Bourguignon
Boeuf Beef Bourguignon, originally created by Julia Child, shows a total cook time of 6 hours. I have previously made it in the crock pot a couple of times to make it a little easier, but my version of her recipe in the electric pressure cooker cuts the cooking time by 4 1/2 hours. This probably isn't a recipe you'll make midweek when time is of the essence, but this is a quicker version that is great for a Sunday dinner with the family, and a great use for a Beef Arm Roast.

Skirt Steak with Chimichurri Sauce
The Wanda Farm meat cuts are so tender and tasty, that this recipe is purposely kept simple so the meat can shine. A fresh Chimichurri is a wonderful compliment to grass-fed beef. It originated in Argentina specifically for that purpose.

Beef Bone Broth
There are many benefits to making your own beef bone broth including it being rich in nutrients and vitamins. It can traditionally take 24-48 hours to make yourself on the stovetop or in a crock pot. However, with an electronic pressure cooker, it couldn't be easier and the time is cut down to just 4 1/2 - 5 hours.

Healthy Meatballs
This is a leaner meatball recipe my family enjoys. We use ground sirloin or ground round, but feel free to use just regular ground beef or do 50/50 ground sirloin and ground pork for a juicier ball! When I make meatballs, I make a big batch and freeze them in baggies for a quick grab later. In the pictures I am doing 4 recipes.
