Healthy Meatballs

This is a leaner meatball recipe my family enjoys. We use ground sirloin or ground round, but feel free to use just regular ground beef or do 50/50 ground sirloin and ground pork for a juicier ball!
When I make meatballs, I make a big batch and freeze them in baggies for a quick grab later. In the pictures I am doing 4 recipes.

Ingredients
- (1 lb.) ground beef
- (1/2 C.) Bread crumbs
- (1/4 C.) Milk
- (1/2 tsp.) Worcestershire sauce
- (1/2 tsp.) Salt
- (1/4 tsp.) Pepper
- (1/4 C.) Onion (finely diced)
- (1) Egg
Directions
- Knead ingredients together
- Form balls on baking sheet
- Bake 20-25 minutes @ 400°
- Cool on paper bag
- Add to pasta sauce or freeze for later meal
