Baked Honey Smoked Paprika Wings

Ingredients
- (2 lb.) Chicken Wings
- (1½ tsp.) Garlic Powder
- (1½ tsp.) Smoked Paprika
- (1-2 tbsp.) Olive Oil
- (2-3 tbsp.) Honey
- (1 tsp.) Salt
- (½ tsp.) Black Pepper
Directions
STEP ONE: PREHEAT OVEN
-Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C).
-Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil. (Place a wire rack on top for extra crispy skin.)
STEP TWO: PREP WINGS
-Pat wings dry using paper towel.
-Season wings in a bowl with olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Stir in honey and toss to coat evenly.
-Arrange wings, in a single layer, on baking sheet or rack.
STEP THREE: BAKE
-Bake for 45 minutes to 1 hour (or until done), flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
STEP FOUR: FINISH
-Drizzle with more honey during the last 5 minutes of baking or, right when they come out, for a glossy finish.
-Bake for 3 to 5 more minutes, allowing honey to slightly caramelize.
STEP FIVE: SERVE
-Serve as nutritious appetizer, and enjoy the crisp skin and juicy meat.
