Chicken Feet Broth

Collagen up. This tasty chicken feet bone broth is rich in collagen to support your bones and joints!

Ingredients
- (2 lbs.) Chicken Feet
- (1) Onion
- (2) Carrots
- (4) Celery
- (2) Bay Leaves
- (2 Tbsp.) Apple Cider Vinegar
- (1 tsp.) Salt
- (1 tsp.) Pepper
Directions
- Wash and chop into large chunks the vegetables. Rinse and make sure the chicken feet are declawed (if you get them from us they already are 👌).
INSTANT POT INSTRUCTIONS
- Put everything in the instant pot. Fill with water to MAX FILL line. About 10-12 cups.
- Set on HIGH pressure for 2 hours.
- Pour through strainer into a large pot.
SLOW COOKER INSTRUCTIONS
- Put everything in the slow cooker. Fill with water to about 3/4 the way. About 8 cups.
- Set on LOW for 24 hours.
- Pour through strainer into a large pot.
STORAGE
Refrigerate for 7 days or freeze for 6 months.
