Chicken Feet Broth
Collagen up. This tasty chicken feet bone broth is rich in collagen to support your bones and joints!

Ingredients

  • (2 lbs.) Chicken Feet
  • (1) Onion
  • (2) Carrots
  • (4) Celery
  • (2) Bay Leaves
  • (2 Tbsp.) Apple Cider Vinegar
  • (1 tsp.) Salt
  • (1 tsp.) Pepper

Directions

  1. Wash and chop into large chunks the vegetables. Rinse and make sure the chicken feet are declawed (if you get them from us they already are 👌).

INSTANT POT INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Put everything in the instant pot. Fill with water to MAX FILL line. About 10-12 cups.
  2. Set on HIGH pressure for 2 hours.
  3. Pour through strainer into a large pot.

SLOW COOKER INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Put everything in the slow cooker. Fill with water to about 3/4 the way. About 8 cups.
  2. Set on LOW for 24 hours.
  3. Pour through strainer into a large pot.

STORAGE

Refrigerate for 7 days or freeze for 6 months.
