No Nitrates/Nitrites
Many commercial processors use nitrates and nitrites to preserve meats and extend shelf life. While these additives are commonly used in the industry, at Wanda Farms, we choose to keep our meats all-natural and free from any added nitrates or nitrites.
Our goal is to provide you with clean, healthy meats that are free from artificial preservatives. By avoiding nitrates and nitrites, we ensure that our products remain as pure and wholesome as nature intended, offering you the highest quality meat without the need for chemical additives.
