Pay your deposit to complete your order. The remaining balance will be due at pickup/delivery.

Our beef is 100% grass-fed and finished, meaning our cattle are raised on a natural, nutrient-dense diet of grass. We prioritize regenerative farming practices to ensure the health of the land and animals, so you can feel good about the meat you're feeding your family. We know that quality beef can be a significant investment, which is why we’re offering this price freeze on all beef products, including our bulk beef shares. Despite upcoming price increases on our beef, we want to make sure you can continue to enjoy the same high-quality products at the current prices for a limited time.

The price freeze is in effect until Monday, 3/2, and we encourage you to take advantage of it before our prices adjust. Be sure to order while prices are locked in!

For the best quality, we recommend purchasing no more than a one-year supply. Properly stored vacuum-sealed beef can remain fresh and delicious in your freezer for up to a year.

Yes! Home delivery is FREE on all bulk meat purchases or you can pick up from the farm if you prefer.

Good things take time! Pre-ordering your bulk beef share helps us plan our schedule and coordinate with the butcher, ensuring you get the freshest, highest-quality beef. You will see the harvest dates listed under the share options on this web page and can select the date that works best for you when you checkout.

Once the butcher determines the final packaged weight, we finalize your invoice. Unlike pricing based on “hanging weight,” which charges you for scraps you don’t receive, you only pay for the meat you bring home. We’ll notify you of your final total (minus your deposit) before pickup or delivery. You can pay at pickup or have your card on file charged. For home delivery, we process your payment before delivery.

Due to complexity, we cannot offer custom cutting for 1/8, 1/4 and 1/2 beef orders. Only whole beef orders are available for customizable cuts upon request. Please reply to your confirmation email that you would like to customize your cuts and we will contact you. Extra fees may be incurred depending on your cut requests. We highly recommend our standard cuts as it makes our job and our butcher’s job easier.

Short answer: No. Long answer: We believe our farm is beyond organic. The truth is that today a lot of organic has just become another sector of industrial agriculture, raising animals in conventional settings and labeling their product organic through all the loopholes. We use a lot of organic principles, however, our certification is built upon a relationship built with you. This is why we seek to be completely transparent.
