Our butcher takes this responsibility seriously, ensuring that each animal is handled calmly and respectfully, following strict USDA guidelines for a quick and painless process. A government official is present during every step to guarantee these humane standards are upheld. Many of these guidelines were developed by Temple Grandin, a leading advocate for livestock welfare, who revolutionized humane handling methods to reduce stress and ensure a peaceful end for the animal.

As a Christian family farm, we believe it is our duty to provide our animals with a good life and a respectful passing. From the moment they are born, we care for them with integrity and compassion, ensuring they live naturally and comfortably on pasture. We uphold a zero-tolerance policy for animal abuse and are committed to honoring God’s creation through ethical and responsible farming.
